What is the capacity at the venue?
For a sit down dinner with a dance floor, we can accommodate 140 guests in our main hall. There is also the option to open up the partitions to include part of the adjoining foyer, in which case we can accommodate 240.
For a sit down dinner only (no dancing) we can accommodate 190 in the main hall, and 270 with the partitions opened.
What caterer can I use?
We can supply a list of caterers we work with. We are happy to welcome new caterers too. You can have a meat or dairy meal.
Caterers must either hold a permanent Kosher licence from a recognised authority, OR an unsupervised caterer can work under a ‘one off event licence’ from the Masorti Bet Din. We work with many caterers in this way.
When can I access the building?
On Sundays during term time, room set up can begin from 1pm. Your caterer is welcome to access the kitchen earlier. During the school holidays, you can access the room from 9am.
In the winter months, evening events can be held on Saturday nights after Shabbat.
Can I park on site?
The function host, suppliers and elderly/disabled guests can park on site.
There is plenty of free and unrestricted parking on the surrounding streets for other guests.
What is the accessibility of the building?
Our building is fully accessible. The main function space is all on ground level and there are no steps from the car park into the building. We have disabled toilets.
There is onsite parking for elderly and disabled guests by prior arrangement.
Do you have outside space?
Yes we have a beautiful large patio/terrace which runs along the back of our building. We also have a courtyard at the front of the building. Both of these are available for your use and are included in your hall hire fee. You are permitted to have BBQs, food, drinks, furniture and music on the patio.
There are also extensive fields/grassed grounds at the back of the NNLS premises. These may be hired for an additional charge.
The fields may be used for inflatables, rides, organised outdoor activities, games, eating and drinking.

What support will you give me?
Our Hall Hire Manager will work with you to create a special event. We will introduce you to a range of suppliers who know the venue well, including caterers, florists, photographers, party planners, DJs, bands, children’s activities and more.
We can meet with your suppliers and show them round the venue in advance, and will coordinate with your chosen suppliers on room plan, deliveries, insurance etc. You will have a caretaker on site for the duration of your set up and event.
What security is provided?
Two security guards will be provided for your event. You will need to supply a full guest list in advance, as well as supplier details.
